Privacy notice

The short version

• No cookies, no ads, no tracking across sites. We just count page visits.
• If you send us a form, it reaches us as one email, and we email you a short confirmation. Then we reply, or, if you joined the waitlist, write when a spot opens.
• We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.
• We don’t train any AI model on what you send us, and our providers aren’t allowed to use its contents for their own purposes.

What we collect

The waitlist asks for your name, work email, job title and company, how large your codebase is, the plan you’re interested in, whether you’d add Boost, and when you’d like to start.

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, job title and team size. You can also tell us your company’s AI spend, the models you use, and anything else in a message.

The investor form asks for your name, email, investor type and a subject. You can also tell us your firm and anything else in a message.

Please don’t send confidential information, credentials, or anyone else’s personal details. A form reaches us as an ordinary email.

When you load a page or send a form, our host logs the request, including your IP address, the time, the page and your browser type. If a form or its confirmation fails to send, our code adds a short note of what went wrong to those logs — never anything you sent. We use these logs only to run and secure the site.

Our host also counts visits to each page, with the site that sent you, roughly where you are (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. The counting uses no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address. It recognises a returning visitor for a day at most, and we only see totals, never who you are.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to send you one email confirming your form reached us, to have the conversation you asked for, to keep your place on the waitlist and tell you when a spot opens, to see whether we can help, and to keep a record of who we’ve talked to and which version of our terms applied. The optional questions help us understand your team or your firm. Skip them and nothing changes. We count visits to learn which pages are useful.

If UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry or waitlist request you chose to send us, confirming we received it, telling you when a spot opens, and keeping a record of it, in keeping the site secure, and in understanding how it is used.

How it’s protected

Pages and forms reach our host over an encrypted connection, and the mailbox your enquiry lands in requires two-step sign-in.

Who else sees it

Three providers handle it for us, each under a written data processing agreement. None of them may use the contents of your enquiry for its own purposes. Each also keeps its own records, for things like security, preventing abuse and billing, under its own privacy policy.

The website itself keeps no copy of what you send.

We may also share your details with our advisers, with anyone the law requires us to, or with a buyer if the company is sold or merged, who would be bound by this notice.

Beyond that, only our providers’ own suppliers can see it.

Where it goes

We’re a US company, and our three providers are US companies, so if you visit or write to us from the UK or Europe, your details are sent outside it. If you send us a form or an email, Google Workspace, our mailbox provider, holds your message and may store it outside the United States. Each provider works under a written data processing agreement; ask, and we’ll send you a copy of any of them.

How long we keep it

• Your enquiry or waitlist request: while we might still be talking, and no more than 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete it. Our mail provider’s backups roll off on their own cycle.
• Server logs: about a day, at our host. We keep no copy.
• Resend’s copies of those two emails: 30 days.
• Visit counts: we can see the last 12 months; our host may keep them longer.

We may keep something longer if we need it for a legal claim, or the law requires it.

How to have it deleted

Email privacy@airgetlamlabs.com, or reply to any email from us. No reason needed. Within 30 days we’ll delete your enquiry and our replies from our mailbox, and confirm that we have. Backups, and Resend’s copies, age out on their own. If we need to keep a message for a legal claim, we’ll tell you. We keep only your request and our answer, for 24 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we’ll honour a request to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. Email privacy@airgetlamlabs.com. We’ll check it’s you first, then answer within one month, and tell you if a request needs longer. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.

Objecting

You can object to our using your details at any time. Tell us, and we’ll stop, unless we need them for a legal claim.

Do Not Track, and other sites

We don’t track you across sites, so a browser’s Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

No other company collects information about what you do across websites through this site. Everything on these pages loads from our own domain, and we don’t share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Children

This site is for people at work. It isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll say so on this page.
