Terms

Terms and conditions

Effective October 12, 2026

Airgetlam Labs LLC, a limited liability company formed in California, runs airgetlamlabs.com. These terms cover your use of it. “We” means Airgetlam Labs LLC; “you” means you, and any company you act for.

When you send us a form, you agree to these terms — the form says so before you send. If your company becomes a customer, a separate written agreement covers the service and your data, and that agreement, not this page, is what a customer can enforce.

What this site is

Information about what we build. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a quote, or a promise that a feature exists as described on any given date. Sending us a form doesn’t commit either of us to doing business.

Currently, Ryo is only available to US companies, teams, and users.

The numbers here are estimates

The savings figures are a model, not a measurement, built on the assumptions in “How we estimate savings” on our home page. What your company saves depends on how your team works, and could be nothing.

This site describes how Ryo is built to work. That isn’t a promise it will work that way for your code or your team; what we owe a customer is what its agreement says. We haven’t published measured results, and nothing on this site reports one. Research we cite is other people’s work, reported as they published it; we can’t guarantee it.

What we say about your data

Our “Your data” section describes how we build and run Ryo:

  • each customer’s model learns from that customer’s approved work, never another customer’s;
  • each customer’s code and model are kept apart from everyone else’s, under a key of their own;
  • customers choose what Ryo may learn from, and we skip secrets files;
  • every settings change is logged with who made it and when, and so is each addition or removal of repositories — how many, never which; changes made inside a customer’s own repository are recorded in its git history;
  • we don’t train our own models on any customer’s data.

We may compare how features perform across customers, using only counts and rates. To test an update, we may run it on a copy of a customer’s own Ryo, in that customer’s own storage; only its scores leave.

We put this in writing in each customer’s agreement.

None of this is about the forms on this site: nothing you send us through them trains any model, as our privacy notice says.

Using the site

Please don’t:

  • break the site, or try to;
  • reach parts of it you weren’t given access to;
  • scrape it hard enough to slow it down for others;
  • use our forms for spam, anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send us.

If you do, we may block you.

What you send us

Anything you send through our forms is non-confidential: we don’t have to keep it secret, so please don’t send anything that is. If you send an idea or a suggestion, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right to use it for any purpose, without owing you anything — we may already be working on the same thing. This doesn’t change how we handle your personal details, which our privacy notice explains.

What belongs to whom

The site — its words, design and code — is ours or our licensors’. Read it, print it, link to it; just don’t republish large parts of it as your own without our written permission.

Other companies’ product names and logos belong to them. We name them to say what Ryo works with; we aren’t affiliated with them, and they don’t sponsor or endorse us.

No warranties

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we give no warranty about the site beyond what these terms say. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of anything harmful.

We link to research and documentation by others. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of this site is limited to $100.

Those limits don’t apply to fraud, to wilful injury, to anything the law doesn’t let us limit, or to anything a customer agreement covers.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and a change applies only from the day we post it, never to anything before.

Governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site must be brought only in the state courts in Contra Costa County, California, or the federal courts for the Northern District of California. You and we each consent to those courts’ personal jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue there.

If your company is a customer, disputes about the service, including what this site says about it, follow your customer agreement instead.

If part of this doesn’t hold

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something straight away, we haven’t given up the right to. The sections on estimates, what we say about your data, what you send us, what belongs to whom, warranties, liability and governing law keep applying after you stop using the site.
